Here some really easy exercises you can to at the seaside this Summer, to take advantage of the sea and the beach to lose weight and be fit also on holiday!
Fat burning exercises:
1) THE OBLIQUE ABS - FOR AN HOURGLASS SHAPE
Doing them on the beach, maybe at dawn, is a great way to burn fat and breathe fresh air, but remember to do them properly. Lie on your towel with the lower part of the back well pressed on the sand. Put your hands behind your head. Bring your knees up to form an angle of 45 degrees and slowly begin moving your legs like you were going on a bike. As you do it, touch your right knee with your left elbow and left knee with right elbow. Keep a slow pace and a relaxed breathing. This type of abs are called “bicycle” abs and are the easiest to do and they also develop the oblique muscles to create a perfect hourglass silhouette.
2) WALKING IN THE SEA - TO DEFEAT CELLULITE
This simple movement done in the sea amplifies the fatigue and makes us burn more calories. It also helps to eliminate cellulite and drain the fluid!
3) SWIMMING - TO BURN CALORIES
We all know that swimming involves all the muscles and is one of the sports that make us burn more calories, but do it only after you have warmed up a bit, otherwise the cramps are lurking!
4) THE LUNGES IN THE SEA – TO TONE THE BUTTOCKS
To get them in the best way the water has to be at your waist. Take a step forward with one leg and bend the knee, go down with the torso and bend also the back leg, so that between leg and thigh of each side there is a 90° agle. The knee of the front leg must be on the same line of the ankle. Walk in this way for 30 steps.
5) JUMPING IN THE WATER – FOR AMAZING LEGS
The legs are certainly the muscles that moves the most in the water, and even simple jumps can help you burn calories, preferably alternating legs apart and then closing them!
