And so the summer days have come. Although were I live they are unfortunately very rainy, there is a fun vibe in the air. Why not then translating this mood into a make-up!? Here a perfect make-up for this summer season, were having fun with colours is a must!!!
This look looks good on everyone, but especially on those with blue eyes.
Being very colourful it’s more of a day-time look, as in in the evening it wouldn’t be noticed. I know that not a lot of people like to use bright colours, but believe me if I tell you that the final effect is really nice.
First of all you need to put a base on your skin. I’ve used a foundation, as I’m not yet tanned, but remember it’s better not to use it in this season. Use instead a coloured cream, preferably with a UV protection. You choose what is best for you skin. The important thing is that the effect remains fresh and light.
Then we go on to the EYES:
I’ve applied a bright yellow eye-shadow (Sephora) starting from the inner corner of the eye and covering half of the eyelid
I’ve then added an orange eye-shadow (Pupa) on the remaining eyelid, leaving aside a thin stripe under the eyebrow, and then I’ve shaded it. (don’t worry if I look like a butterfly, I’ve modified the picture just so you could see the procedure better)
I’ve put a golden lighter in the area that I had left without make-up, in order to give a light-point and I’ve shaded again. Small TIP: in order to get better shading use the tip of your ring finger , as our own skin is the best material for this operation. The only thing to check is that there are no leftovers of make-up on it (like the foundation if you use your hand to put it on)!
With a small brush I’ve applied on the lower eyelid, just under the lashes, a green eye-shadow (Kiko) with small touches being careful not to draw a too thick line. I’ve put a green kajal pencil inside, a black mascara and a cream on the eye-brows.
I finish with an apricot lip-gloss.

SO VAIN BEAUTY EDITOR
l’effetto resti fresco e leggero.

Poi passiamo agli occhi:
Then we go on to the eyes:

I’ve applied a bright yellow eye-shadow (Sephora) starting from the inner corner of the eye and covering half of the eyelid
